: Among the powers granted to it by the Commission according to this Act, the Commission has the right to determine the fees, to allow persons who have received a license to merge, to agree to the sale of plant, acquisition or take over, and to resolve disputes. Other rights except as necessary may be delegated to the chairman, member, secretary, sub-committee or task force formed according to section 36 or authorized staff of the commission.
